6. Data Usage and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The QuantaLink platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is owned by QuantaLink and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended business purposes.

9. Service Availability
